Furniture for the cafeteria in the Kirschgarten secondary school, Basel.
The table, including its folding mechanism, is made entirely of solid wood. Only the hinges and the locking bolts are made of metal. The wooden stop for the table legs simultaneously serves as blocking for supporting the top. The legs slant outward and give the table great rigidity and stability. The table was fabricated in two models: as a folding table and as a table with detachable legs.
